EIA (Energy Information Administration) -The U.S. Energy Information Administration is a principal agency of the U.S. Federal Statistical System responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating energy information to promote sound policymaking, efficient markets, and public understanding of energy and its interaction with the economy and the environment. EIA programs cover data on coal, petroleum, natural gas, electric, renewable and nuclear energy. EIA is part of the U.S. Department of Energy.
IEA (International Energy Agency) – The IEA is an autonomous organization which works to ensure reliable, affordable and clean energy for its 29-member countries and beyond.
EITI (Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative) – The EITI seeks to strengthen government and company systems, inform public debate and promote understanding. In each of the implementing countries, the EITI is supported by a coalition of government, companies, and civil society. The Standard is upheld by the international EITI Board.

State of Alaska – Department of Natural Resources – The Department of Natural Resources manages all state-owned land, water and natural resources, except for fish and game, on behalf of the people of Alaska. When all land conveyances from the federal government are completed, the people of the state will own land and resources on 104 million acres: Approximately 100 million acres have been conveyed so far. The state owns approximately 60 million acres of tidelands, shorelands, and submerged lands and manages 40,000 miles of coastline. The state also owns the freshwater resources of the state, a resource that equals about 40% of the entire nation’s fresh water flow.
Department of Natural Resources – Division of Mining Land and Water –The Division of Mining, Land and Water manages all state-owned land except for trust property and units of the Alaska State Park System.
